Luke's way of coaching puts you in a mindset of hope and determination that you may have lost once.One element of my identity is being creative. That part of me had been in dormant for so many years I can't remember the last time I felt that part of me fulfilled. The time I have spent with Luke has encouraged me to purposely make time for that part of me and when I have it has made me incredibly happy. Setting smart goals to help me achieve this has been an eye opener and using visual techniques to picture myself doing the activities has spurred me. Sometimes you need a guiding hand to get you back on the right track and Luke is the ideal coach for this.
